Fresh Quail Eggs ‘Cafe Collection Only’

15 Quail eggs, a mix of Corturnix and Button quail.

These little hens are my pets and have the best life a quail could ask for. They are fed on quail pellet food plus lots of greens and fruit ‘they especially love banana’

Quail eggs are very rich in flavour and extremely moreish. 

Once purchased, store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks to keep them at their freshest, if you are ever unsure and leave them longer, you can always do the float test ! 

To cook, I boil a pan of water on the hob, once boiling I switch it off and pop in the quail eggs for 4 mins then remove and cool. Peel and attempt not to eat them all in one go !
